I have been sick all week. Not to worry, I think it's just a cold.
I'm really depressed that I missed all of the fall color because the brakes on my car are broken. Now all the leaves are on the ground, and I didn't get out in the woods to take pictures at all this year. As you may remember, I got a new camera in March and I was looking forward to fall all year, and I missed it completely.
Now I have to wait 11 more months to get another opportunity to shoot fall color.
You probably couldn't imagine how profoundly this bums me out.
I got my car to the repair shop, it's going to cost $300 to fix it. I don't have that kind of money right now. It sucks. I'm trying to figure things out, but with my limited options, its so damn hard. I don't know how long I'll have to wait to fix my car. It really doesn't matter anymore since the leaves have fallen. I really don't like shooting winter scenes, because I hate being cold. lol
It's usually ugly here in the winter because it's always cloudy. Hell, it's been cloudy and rainy all year.

Awhh, Meg I'm so sorry that you're feeling down. Yes, Chrissy is right we didn't have much of a Fall either the only "fall" we had was watching clumps of green frozen leaves fall to the ground (ha ha) <--thought I'd make you laugh or at least smile
We still haven't had much snow here. But, it's still icy-cold outside. Brr!
